Tai Jee Prince
This cute little teddy bear looking Yorkie is Tai Jee Prince. Tai Jee is Prince in Chinese (words from old Chinese Royal Emperor). He was named Tai Jee-Prince because he is a real prince in his family, very spoiled and loved every minute of his life. Tai Jee is a very adorable and sweet puppy. I first met him and his owner Claire at the New York Halloween Dog parade in 2013. He was dressed as Batman and I couldn’t cope with his little chubby belly popping out of his costume that day. It was wonderful to see them both again at this year’s Parade, dressed as a Japanese Samurai and geisha. Claire told me she had her heart set on a portrait shoot down at Jane’s Carousel under the Brooklyn Bridge in Dumbo, so after a lot of rescheduling due to rain, cold and even snow. We finally got to create some fun, stylish images of Tai Jee Prince and Claire to treasure forever.
